The 3th Line Senior Network Engineer supports the operational network teams for the NXP IT network . He initiates improvement actions and is owner of the network landscape.
• Configure, maintain high complex network services, equipment and devices
• Solve (complex) Incidents, part of problem management process on request of Problem Manager and implement changes
• Create network blueprints
• Create high level and detailed designs
• Work in a team together with other 3th line engineers
• On technical level stear local 3rd line network specialists and dedicated 2nd Line Support in Poland
• Act as network landscape owner, and interact with other landscape owners to design/ implement cross functional services
• Intermediair between LAN and Connectivity services
• Participating in projects

Qualifications/experience
• 10+ years’ experience working in an IT infrastructure network support/engineering role; five of which should have been at a Senior level
• Recent exposure to IT infrastructure services within the R&D and/or Manufacturing Services industry
• Experience of working within a large Global organisation within a multi-national company
• Basic knowledge and understanding of Windows and Linux platforms

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, developed over an extended period
• Fully proficient in English, both oral and written.
