Purpose and Accountabilities:
Our client uses a global application for incident management. As a super user to this system, you will provide expertise and support to all businesses around the world. Identify, design and test opportunities to improve the use for all business operations via collaboration with the business representatives and the IT department that delivers technical improvements. Support changes to keep the system aligned with ongoing business changes like reorganizations. Liaise between the Businesses and the IT organization, to support the resolution of operational problems. Support in the management and communication of upcoming and ongoing system changes through the organization.
Skills and Requirements:
Technical Bachelor degree.
Business analysis.
Understanding of business intelligence solutions.
Experience of systems testing and implementing small process changes.
Self organised with a structured and disciplined approach to work activities.
Service oriented mindset.
Interpersonal & influencing skills.
Able to communicate clearly, both written and oral.
Knowledge of change management practicies.
Ability to work in a matrix organizational environment, influencing people and delivering results, usually without having formal authority or line responsibility.
Experience of working in a virtual team.
Knowledge of HSSE incident management process, and incident classification, investigation and reporting.
Awareness of HSSE & SP Control Framework, especially the PMR and incident investigation and learning manuals.
