Voor onze opdrachtgever  zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Data Engineer. Het betreft een internationale omgeving (Engelstalige kandidaat mag).

•Experience of designing dimensional data structures, good understanding of different data warehouse approaches and best practices;
•Proficiency in T-SQL, ability to read execution plans and optimize query performance; experience of source code control and database projects; desirable knowledge of SQL server from DBA perspective;
•Experience of designing and developing adaptive ETL/ELT processes, ability to use T-SQL, C#, and SSIS, Azure Data Factory to access data from various sources and create complex transformations;
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure data platform components; experience of defining an optimal data warehouse infrastructure;
•Experience designing a data flow automation and data quality strategy;
•Desirable: experience of working with BigQuery and other Google Cloud components;
•Desirable: experience of creating complex reports and dashboards for different business functions using SSRS, Power BI, Tableau and other similar tools; knowledge of DAX language;
•Team player, potentially with Agile experience, extrovert and proactive.

De opdracht is voor een periode van minimaal 6 maanden, liefst fulltime maar 4 dagen per week is bespreekbaar.
